If you use INVESTOR FINANCE’s member section, you will be given a personal User ID and Password which you will use to obtain access to the INVESTOR FINANCE members only secure section of the site. You authorise us to follow any instructions entered through INVESTOR FINANCE members section using your User ID and Password. Because your User ID and Password can be used to access confidential information, you should treat your User ID and Password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect sensitive information. User Indemnification

The failure of INVESTOR FINANCE to enforce or require enforcement of any provisions of this agreement will not constitute, or be construed to be, a waiver of the agreement's provisions, nor will it affect INVESTOR FINANCE's right to enforce all provision of this agreement thereafter.
