RP data has just reported record growth in home values

My first experience with buying my first property wasn’t exactly a memorable event. At the age of 28 with very little idea as to how it all worked, coupled with a middle aged balding bank manager telling me that they wouldn’t consider giving me a loan! Feeling dejected, I vowed that my property experience was over as it was all too hard. A friend suggested using a mortgage broker and with in 48 hours of speaking with the mortgage broker I had the loan and bought that same property where the Bank Manger had said No! It wasn’t hard after all. (True story!)
