With no prior experience in operating a business IF has equipped me with the skills necessary to run two successful branches.  Since joining Investor Finance 2.5 years ago, Kristyn has built a business worth over $720,000, paying her a trail (passive income) in excess of $20,000 per month.

What advice would you have for new Strategists joining IF?

·   If you have a passion for investing in property that is equally matched with a passion to share this with others, IF is definitely for you.

·   If you have always wanted to own your own business but the thought of starting from scratch turns you off, IF is definitely for you.

·   If you’re willing to put in the hard work for your first 12 months your future rewards will far outweigh any sacrifice.

·   As a property investor, what I learn from my clients and am exposed to through the company, is a value I couldn’t put a figure to.
