A Message from the CEO

Thank you for your interest in Investor Finance.

One of the things I realised as I was developing my investment strategies was that working in a job that I didn’t really enjoy (even though I was earning a lot of money) was not the smartest way to invest my days.

I came to understand the concept of “Work to Learn” not just “Work to Earn”. Since then my investing strategies started to really take off. Getting to know how financial institutions tick has helped me grow in my investing strategies as it has for many of our Franchisees and Licensees.

One of the greatest benefits in becoming a Franchisee or Licensee with Investor Finance is the residual or trail income you generate as you work with likeminded individuals who are on the investment journey just like you. The banks pay us as Finance Brokers a lucrative upfront income when you settle a loan for your client and, importantly, they pay us an ongoing income stream for the life of the loan being managed by you, the Franchisee or Licensee. This income stream ensures that each month, as you grow your business, the passive income continues to grow generating
an annuity style asset. For those willing to apply effort in the early stages, one of the things the Investor Finance franchising model has tackled head on is the ability for Franchisees or Licensees to build a business over time that doesn’t rely on their being at the office 365 days a year, something most franchise systems forget.

I know what it’s like to come out of a comfort zone and look at the opportunity to build something and then put it down because the current situation is secure (I left a $150,000 income to build a finance broking business). If this opportunity is not you, I suggest you take some time confirming that what you do today is in fact helping you to achieve the goals and aspirations you seek.

The transition from working for someone else to working for yourself is daunting but I can tell you (as someone that took that plunge) that building a business for yourself and your family has many great benefits attached. IF’s business model doesn’t fit every one, you need to enjoy people, be passionate about building your client’s investment portfolio, be financially literate and have a tenacity to work hard for your clients with the banks.
